Book Request


Please use this form to request books that are NOT available in UAHT Library or through its databases. This service is available to UAHT students, faculty and community members who have a UAHT ID. Once you have submitted the request, you will receive confirmation of your request by email within 2 business days. It may take at least 10 business days to receive the requested book, so please plan accordingly.
