Please use this form to request articles that are NOT available in UAHT Library or through its databases. This service is available to UAHT students, faculty and community members who have a UAHT ID. Once you have submitted the request, you will receive confirmation of your request by email within 2 business days. It may take several business days to receive the article, so please plan accordingly.
